16 Language Support: The app is now available in 16 languages: Turkish, English, German, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French, Chinese, Azerbaijani, Persian, Polish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Ukrainian and Romanian. Right-to-left layout is supported for Arabic and Persian. You can switch languages from the language button on the login screen.

Update Notice on Every Sign-in: The new-version notice now also appears when you sign in. Previously it only showed with "Remember Me" enabled on a later launch, so some users never saw updates at all.

Updates From Inside the App: When a new version is released you no longer need to visit the site and download a file. The app downloads the update itself, verifies it and starts the installation. The option to open the download page is still there.

Downloaded File Is Verified: Before installing, the update package's fingerprint and size are checked. If they do not match what is expected, the file is deleted and installation is not started.

Stock Updates Automatically Now: For products whose code matches part of the scanned barcode, stock is now updated on the server at scan time. You no longer need to run stock synchronisation from Settings.

Live Dashboard Counters: "Today's Movements" now refreshes after every scan — no need to restart the app. The counter also updates when offline records are synced.

See Your Settings in the Camera: The scan animation now reflects your active settings: the number of corner frame layers shows frame confirmation, and the scan line speed shows read speed. You can tell your mode without opening Settings.

More Reliable Barcode Reading: On the web version the barcode decoder is now bundled with the app instead of being downloaded from an external service, fixing scans that would not start on a weak connection.

Offline Records Sync Quickly Now: When the connection returns, scans are pushed to the system automatically and far faster. Records survive short network drops — no scan is lost.

Stronger Duplicate Protection: Adding the same barcode to the same document twice is now blocked on the server. Barcodes scanned online and then re-scanned offline are caught too, so stock is never over-counted.

Label and Text Fixes: Turkish characters now print correctly on barcode labels. Older character corruption in product names was repaired, and some untranslated labels were fixed.

Password Reset Fixed on Windows: On Windows, "Forgot Password" requests never reached the server and no email was sent. This is fixed, and sign-in protections now work fully on Windows too.

Clearer Error Messages: Sign-in now explains what to do instead of showing technical error codes: unregistered address, connection problem and wrong password are reported separately.

Sign-in Protection: Repeated failed sign-in attempts now trigger a short waiting period that grows with each attempt, protecting your account against password-guessing attacks.

Security Notification: After four consecutive failed sign-in attempts, a notice is sent to your account email. It includes a secure link so you can reset your password right away if needed.

Simpler Password Reset: The "Forgot Password" flow was reworked: entering an unregistered email now gives a clear warning, and sending is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Stock Reliability: Stock quantity is now calculated server-side purely from real stock movements, keeping stock and movement history always consistent.

History Preserved: Deleting a product no longer deletes its stock movements; history and audit records are preserved.

Security Improvements: Return photos are protected per company, deactivated users lose all access, and stock movements can no longer be edited retroactively.

Session Issue Fixed: Closing the app without logging out no longer leaves your session hanging; you can sign in again shortly without a warning.

Staff Online Indicator: Admins can see who is currently using the app from the green presence dot in the staff list.

Smoother Interface: Unnecessary data reloads on tab switching were removed; inventory, dashboard and staff screens are noticeably faster.

Stability and Security Fixes: Fixed a document-status permission issue in ERP transfer, sped up total calculations in reports, and made personal data consent mandatory during registration.

Getting Started Guide Revamped: The guide no longer closes when you jump to a step; it minimizes to the corner. With sample data explore mode you can try the app on a fully populated inventory.

Panel Summary Widget: Added an at-a-glance summary at the top of the Panel: total products, total stock, low-stock alert, today's movements and open documents.

Faster Sign-in: The email verification code now auto-focuses and submits automatically once six digits are entered; clearer guidance on empty screens.

ERP Integration & Offline Reliability: Approved documents automatically switch to the Sent-to-ERP status after being transmitted to the external system. Offline stock sync is now idempotent, and transactions that fail during connectivity loss are recovered safely.

Windows Stability Fix: Fixed an issue causing the Windows app to freeze and crash while scanning barcodes; the save pipeline is now more reliable on all platforms.

Platform Updates: Windows, Android and Web builds were republished with up-to-date dependencies, along with stability improvements.

Offline Reliability: Transactions that failed during connectivity loss are now persisted and automatically retried when the connection is back.

Landscape & Tablet: Correct UI in phone landscape mode; tablets and large screens now use a side-rail navigation.
